Lake levels have been established after years of history and by a clear consensus of most members. Our association owns a pump located on the southeast end of the lake and it will be turned on periodically when the lake levels exceed the established level that is the benchmark that has been used for several years.

We will also pre-empt the increased water levels on occasion when the weather forecast calls for rain or when the water table demands it. All residents should realize that this lake is a sand pit which is fed by the underground aquifer and that many factors can affect our lake like the water table level, fluctuating undertows, wind, ice movements and boat wakes. All of these factors can affect beach erosions and water levels. If you have questions or concerns, please email them from this website under the comments page.
