Submittal Requirements and Approval Procedures
Prior to obtaining a building permit from the City of Grand Island the following items must be submitted to the committee for approval:
- Please fill out "Application for Plan Review & A Questionnaire Regarding the Exterior Construction" and return with the items listed below.
- A plot plan of your lot showing the placement of building, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls and the set-back distances from your lot line to these improvements. This plan should allow the driveway elevations at street side.
- Your proposal floor plan and elevations (Include a complete set of plans).
- Present all plans and proposals to the Ponderosa Homeowners Board of Directors President.
